Default No Customs Duties on "phablets"

One of the positives coming out of the budget presentation yesterday (along with the increase in the income tax threshold). I am actually thinking to myself how difficult it will prove trying to convince some of those retards at Customs what exactly a phablet is. The dimensions and specifications of a phablet was not clearly defined.

    From the article...
"Finance Minister, Dr Peter Phillips says tablets are classified in a similar manner to laptops and do not attract any customs duties."
How comes i didn't know that, how comes the people at customs don't know that? Is this a recent development?

Only person that can answer is Technology Minister Phillip Paulwell. Those people at customs won't have a clue.

    Well according to Wiki

A phablet (/ˈfæblɪt/, a portmanteau of the words phone and tablet is a class of mobile device designed to combine or straddle the functions of a smartphone and tablet. Phablets typically have screens that measure (diagonally) between 5 to 6.9 inches
