iPhone Help - cant get credit balance on digicel *120#

update, the phone is still locked to Tmobile so the person used a rsim or something of the sort, thats the reason u cant dial *120# USSD code

just so you know that I know what I'm talking abt...its a 16GB 5c Blue

So your telling me i payed to unlock a Phone an it still UNLOCKED!
What's my next step.. Should i bring it back to the person tht i payed to unlocked it?
How come it not unlocked an im using it on digicel network?

the question still remains, is there something below the sim card, jus pop it out and check nuh, cause they will say its unlocked

If there is something under the sim it is unlocked just not factory unlocked.

Jvsim thts wat the person says is in there
She said the man tht open it told her *120 # wont wrk but calling (dialing) it would wrk.. none of them is Not wrkin at present!
The man also tokd her to reset the phone... I dnt kno if tht will help

Yo i dnt kno wat them do to the sim card opener but i. Cant seem to open it no matter how i jook it with the sml paper clip

yea that device gives trouble with 5c thats the problem ur having, doubt u will get a refund. if she does link me and I can hook you up with a device that works 100%

she wont need a new iphone, let her mek noise for compensation as clearly the product not working the way she thought and she was not advised of short comings of the Gevey sim

I didn't know about the Gevey Sim either..smh bad advice for realz
will see how it goes . . . money back would be good but i'm not sure that will happen because it seems someone jus sent it to her from overseas, really doubt she paid for it still . . maybe she will just have to live with it
