A friend of mine recently got an iPhone 5 from overseas, the Iphone came LOCKED and she had to pay someone to UNLOCK the phone for her so she can use it on Digicel network.
The problem is even though the phone is now UNLOCKED and working on Digicel's network she cant access her credit balance using *120# or calling 120 Directly. When she call 120 its saying the number is wrong or something and when she type "*120#" a bracket comes around the 2 looking like this "*1(20)#" and nothing happens
Has anyone encountered any problems like this after they open and iPhone here, what could be the problem, am i missing a setting or something, any help will be appreciated.
