Top 5 Video Cards of 2013

Well don't know if it's slower or better but if it is slower the difference is probably about 5 fps max which is hardly worth the extra $100+, for which my version can be overclocked to get about that or more. But I not into the overclock ting so I lower settings instead.

I know you got a newer card than mine already that uses almost 100 more watts of power than mine at full load, but to say you can't play everything at 1080p resolution you would have to prove that one so I can test it too.

Games like far cry 3, crysis 3I cant play fully maxed at 1080p. Have to lower AA.

Thats if I want 60+fps

BTW my card uses 50 watts more than yours.

Ok so your saying that if I don't max out everything at 1920x1080 resolution I am not playing in 1080p mode then? I always though that that x1080 meant I am using 1080p resolution but seems I'm wrong. Care to expound on this one to educate those who might have thought the same as me?


And my video card maxes at 150 watts stock clocked which is correct on the site I use to compare them. So seems they off by 50 watts when compared to yours on their site. I'll send them an email to have that corrected:

You lead people to assume you pay games at 1080p with high-medium settings. We all know a 560 dont have the horse power or vram for that.

Or you are playing slide shows.

You've never owned a 560 superclocked video card before so try and find a video somewhere that proves your theory, because I'm not embarrassed with what I have.

I dont need to own a 560. I own a faster card that is incapable of doing what you say your 560 is doing.

I play games sometimes. My 6870 works EXCELLENT for FreeCell and Solitaire! And sometimes KartRider and it chugs on Counter-Strike: Source.

^I'm coming off of dual wielding 2 of those cards and believe me, they were still chewing up some current games on max with ease. I'm sure you could get at least 1000fps in Freecell lol

6870 was good, Had a little problems playing bf bc2 and some other games. So I got a 6970 after.

Yea 2 of them ofcourse will be faster.


If I just waited instead of buying a 7970 I would buy a r9 290 instead. I will just wait on next gen though.
