Data Only SIMs

Does either of the current 2 wireless providers sell data only SIMs ?

I have asked on their support lines and at their dealers but both said "No".
Even LIME, when it had a special on its MiFi, said I had to get a normal postpaid SIM to use it. Digicel's CSRs were likewise, no help.
I just need data on the run without tethering.
