Why didn't they ask for a complete ban in the first place seeing as how that's the goal

I completely agree with KelziPagan. Apple jus bad mind. I totally get that you need to protect your intellectual property and all but at the rate that technology is developing, there is just so much new development that technology can go through. After some time you have to expect that your technology is going to be incorporated into someone elses tech too.

But i could be wrong.
