Its a little difficult to reply to this, consider you havent outlined things more specific, but if the mobile device has the hotspot feature then you'll be able to connect wirelessly throught the phone.
just go in the phone settings and enable mobile hotspot.. your tab should see it as a wifi connection

I agree with his plan but 500mb a day ? 3gb a month. Why cant Digicel offer a unlimited data plan. Though i understand they might have a bottleneck on the network.
