Probably the deluxe edition content. It's mostly superficial though (mounts, armour, weapons and OST).

played a decent bit now and not impressed. The art people did well, but gameplay sucks for the most part. Consoles have screwed this one up from the original dragon age. Going to have to go check out origins and try pinpoint why it was so good but this is hack and slash crap. They've lost the plot on these games and its probably due to trying to figure out how to put dragon age origins on consoles and then there is the BIGGGGGGGGGGGGER!!!! factor. Why the game have to be so big instead of more focused?

Can't say I know how they could have made it better, but not impressed. screw consoles.

I hope witcher not like this but it likely is not. Witcher gameplay is not going to be a bastardization of what was in the previous dragon age games. It should be a smarter better realized action RPG.

Finally started playing this game and only thing I find lame so far is that they lock cut scenes at 30 fps. I had to instantly start using my Xbox 360 wireless controller for Windows as this game definitely wasn't made with keyboard and mouse optimization.

So far so good and here's my first go as human magi :

The keyboard controls to me are fine minus the tac cam those are horrid, where as i still prefer the classic dragonage system which was essentially copied from baldurs gate i can tolerate the MMOesque type of gameplay.

However one major problem i have with that game is the disparity between melee and ranged combat, melee combat is just chaotic and messy the character movement just simply doesn't support it you will be forced to continually pop potions and struggle to avoid damage, ranged by comparison is too easy.

If you're a melee fighter you have to use good damage mitigation. Use moves and craft weapons that generate guard. You should also have your mages casting barrier as an added layer of protection. Rock armor potions are also your friend lol.

I finished the game a week or so ago. If you guys finish it be sure to stay til after the credits.

Yeah ranged combat has it's ups and downs. When I started with my magi I was like "wth, how do I dodge?" I guess they are trying to not let it be a World of Warcraft offline.

Lol no prob. I hate spoilers so much, I'd never dream of it.

No colour coded endings here lol. It's an epilogue, similar to how it's done in origins, showing the impact of your decisions throughout the game.

I kinda agree with you on this one. I was also thinking they should make an MMO version of Dragon Age next, but then remembered how close Inquisition felt to Guild Wars 2, so the MMO might not work for it especially the tactical view mode.

Yeah it would have been better if they had split the maps up into sections instead of making the quests all over the place on this huge map that takes forever to load as if I'm playing in a damn console.

8 hrs in the Hinterlands so far and still have more quests left in there
