    yep thats the way forward..@khat17. worst case scenario, if am out of discs i create and leave image on a separate partition.

    Well, I don't really want to confess this but...it seems I had left my Windows XP slipstream cd in the cd tray. Took it out and windows booted fine. I'm such a dork.

    Don't feel no way AA. It happens to the best of us. Lose a lot of boot discs that way............
    Knowing the solution doesn't mean knowing the method. Yet answering correctly and regurgitation are considered "learning" and "knowledge".
