GPU back up and running. dusted it and put it back in. Maybe there was a conflict with the integrated GPU in the processor or something. Want to change it next year though.

I have had mine since my last major upgrade which was about 3 or so years ago. Not that hardcore a gamer anymore so I guess I will wait until it's broken or until I'm doing another huge upgrade

I just took out my 2 6870s and put in a xfx r270x in my daily system. Havent changed anything since I got them in 2011. Gonna unpark my other system from storage and insert the xfx 290x expected sometime this week. That one hasn't been changed in a year +.

For it's until the framerates drop to unacceptable levels.. the way the dollar is and the high rate of developments in the industry I rather wait till I NEED a new card.
