    every game wants to be a movie.
    Agreed 100% I may be one of the few in the world that does not get this whole zombie crap. After the first few good resident evil games from the past I thought there would be no more zombie games.

    not a fan of the zombie concept, but not going to completely ignore a game just because of it. otherwise why can't i say "another dumb human-being-with-gun game" or another dumb game with cars. Besides the zombies, it looks like they are doing new things with the gameplay. They are doing new things with the zombies kinda as well. Been a while since I have seen the "more dangerous at night" concept. Coulda sworn a while back there were day night issues with zombie like creatures... or is this just from I am legend?

    there is this game called minecraft. These devs just need to stop making these dumb games. The game and a lot of others like it duummbbb. We hype up these games hoping that they will be good then when they come out we play them for a week and then never play them again. Its a constant cycle.

    Lets work out the plot for this game;
    You are a low wolf trapped in a shanty town while supplies are dropped for you during the day. You hide at nights but the story forces you to head out in the night to save friends or climb radio towers. You get weapons in these drops during the day, these weapons you probably need in order to progress through the game so YOU HAVE TO GO FOR THEM. Helping civilians also gives you parts or points or collectibles or some experience points. This process is repeated over and over with 4 or 5 enemy types, big bosses, a city level and maybe a ghost ship.

    Minecraft is an excellent game I think. Just wish it wasn't Java based.

    Minecraft has a day and night cycle where the night is more dangerous.

    Both mario and minecraft have very thin plots. In mario you start from world 1 and you visit themed worlds that get progressively harder. each world has a boss, each level is unique. thats it, the rest is up to your imagination.

    Dying light is pretty but its not going to last more than a week.

    It all kinda reminds me of mirrors edge. probably the same devs.
