The best site i have seen so far is this, the selection and pricing is pretty good http://www.koobay.com/
And best of all not a China company so there should be some semblance of support.

I was considering getting a S3 or S4 but then I saw this chinese phone and what it could do. Nice 720p res with a quad core MTK6589 1.2 cpu with 1GB of RAM and 2 Batteries, dual sim for my LIME and DIGI and it pure Android Jellybean 4.2. The part is the price. Going to try it out if not satisfied I just get a S4.

dont do it, here are the reasons;
-these phones dont have a brand or just some made up brand
-you dont know how long the device gonna ;ast, theyre bulit using low quality components
-MIght NEVER be updated
-no dev support
-probably cant even root it
-probably poor quality display
-even though its quadcore, its an A7 core, A7's were big news in 2010, the technology has far advanced since then
-forget about warranty
-parts will be impossible to find
-I assure you the camera will be crap
-JUST DONT DO IT!!!!!

There are good "Chinese" phones out there with quality component, software and support. Look at the "Oppo Find 5", there is also a Lenovo phone in this thread. What about brands such as ThL, ZTE, Huawei and Cubot? they make good phones and they are chinese.
The thing is do proper research on anything before you make a purchase.
1.8 Ghz Pentium 4 (OC'd.) / Intel P4 (478) Motherboard / 800MHz DDR / 256 Mb DDR RAM / 40GB Seagate / RIVA TNT2 Pro 32MB / 24X12X24 Sony CDRW+ / 18" View Sonic CRT / Windows ME Yes it will play Doom... i plan on trying Crysis 3 one of these days.
^ dont forget the Meizu Mx5
Don't follow any of the people in here, get the phone i plan on getting the same one. It is a knock off of the htc butterfly so you can buy a case that fits the butterfly and it should work, my s3 has android 4.1 on it this has 4.2 and i am sure my s3 will have 4.1 on it still before i plan on selling it next year. China manufacturing has really improved and for the price and specs it is a good buy so i say get it.
Remember to take a look at http://www.google.com/mapmaker
you misunderstood,im not trying to say that none of the chinese manufacturers are good, but none of those chinese brands you mentioned fall into this sub$350 category do they?? the good zte, huawei and oppo handsets are all quite pricey, these no name phones you all are referring have NO TRACK RECORD!!!!!!

I wouldn't expect anyone to spend their hard earned money and buy a phone with a brand name "JiaXiongShi-Li III a.k.a. Golden Media Player Phone MP4" without checking to see if anyone else has bought such a phone and how is the build quality.
I think a lot of these Chinese phone companies are approaching the market as a "boutique" phone company/brand. As such they are upping the quality on their products to appeal to the western markets.
