FLOW 20mbps vs 50mbps for Black Ops 2 Online

I currently have flow 20mbps. I Play Black ops 2 alot. I notice when im in a party with my clan most of whom lives in east coast us i get 3 bars. im able to rack up 30+ kills most games but the deaths are just as much. i notice that i am losing gunfights that i shouldn't have lost and when i see the kill cam it is different from what i saw. the other guy saw me 1 second before i saw him and therefore had the advantage on me. im playing solo or with a friend who lives in jamaica i get 4 bars 99% of the time and im able to perform alot better. i absolutely hate playing alone so gaming with my clan is a must so im thinking about upgrading to flow's 50megs down 2 megs up. for an extra $6000 per month. would this make a significant difference or since they are in us it will be the same story??

It will not make a difference. The issue you are having is latency either case by possibly a high number of users in your area at the time or high pings to the server that your clan games on. Also if you have file sharing running (torrents) TURN IT OFF and check to ensure your pc is spyware/malware free.

flow 12mbps vs flow 20mbps u mean. Them's the speeds you will get (well, 50 might be 30mbps).

And its your latency as said. But going to 50mbps just for black ops? dang

What's your average download speed for your 20mb plan?

Average download is 1.5MBps - should be getting like 2MBps as 80% of the speeds, but 1.5MBps is workable. Please note that this is using IDM as my download manager - without it the averages are around 800KBps-1.2MBps.

It's 60% of 20mbps. If they want to cut the price of it by 20-30%, then we talking about something. It's essentially a 15mbps connection that they are pimping out as 20mbps to look that much more ahead of Lime. They let u reach near 20mbps (18mbps or so) for about a second before it throttles to 12mbps during sustained downloads.

ok thanks for all the replies. most times i get 1.8 - 2mb downloading files even 2gb large. i live in pmore Gregory park
