    Default Firmwire/Phone Flashing Help Needed

I have a Samsung Galaxy Y S5360(L). A few weeks back I rooted it, then when I tried unrooting it would always give an error and it would stay rooted, so I had to flash it to the stock rom. As it turns out it isn't the same rom that came with the phone, it's actually an Asian/Pacific (Chinese/Indonesian) one. It still worked though, I could connect to Digicel and use it normally. 2 days ago it stopped working and it can't pick up networks anymore.

I checked XDA and found a thread that has all the firmware packages (here) but how do I know which one to install?

Thanks, but it's working now... I pulled the battery for a few hours then when I restarted it I was picking up the networks. I got the configuration messages (for MMS, WAP etc) right after.
