Registrar General Department's site citificate has expired
I am wondering if there are any there are any techs here who work for RGD. The website's certificate has expired sine August 2012. I am therefore unable to do business with them online as the error message blow shows.
You have asked to connect securely to www.rgd.gov.jm but we can't confirm that your connection is secure.
Normally, when you try to connect securely, sites will present trusted identification to prove that you are
going to the right place. However, this site's identity can't be verified.
What Should I Do?
If you usually connect to
this site without problems, this error could mean that someone is
trying to impersonate the site, and you shouldn't continue. www.rgd.gov.jm uses an invalid security certificate.
The certificate is only valid for rgd.gov.jm
The certificate expired on 25/08/2012 00:59. The current time is 28/01/2013
