Some one explain mms and digicel to me pllz.
This morning someone sent me a 29kb MMS and despite the fact that data service was OFF and I was on WiFi. The MMS was trying to download and failed ... But yet over a $163 gone off my phone. The MMS didn't download, data service was off and still digicel tek mi $.

"Less is more" is the slogan for a tissue company...........but I'm sure the cost of the tissue isn't less than the other cheap ones. Or close. Anyways.
