But to be on the Safe side it is best to buy the At&t ipad as they use 700 mhz frequency and band 17 for LTE network, which I can almost guarantee digicel will use for its LTE network

At the top left hand corner of each post made is the post date, which in the case the first date this thread was made was from December 8th 2012 I'm pretty sure by this time, they would have bought and shipped that ipad mini along time ago.. anyways crisp do your thing, just giving you a bit of knowledge to help with you continue posting, remember always look on the post date before you dig up an old thread, lol these guys & girls will crucify you if you don't..!
