need help with purchasing apps

Ok so I regularly purchase apps for my lumia 800 using a Scotia visa debit card. 2 days ago I got an error saying that I encountered an error and I should check my account to see if my information (billing information) is correct.

I did use my sisters address because she lives in America and I used her phone number also. I have been purchasing apps and music for 2 months now and then all of a sudden this. I tried using a different us address and changing the phone number and zip code but still no help. And yes I have cash on my visa debit card. If anyone can help please let me know because it's frustrating. All of a sudden it telling me that my billing information incorrect.

You can't use your Scotia Card with someone's address. You need to use the address associated with the Scotia Card, which I think is normally the mailing address.

Yeah I figured but I can't use a Jamaican address and I must use a zip code. So I had no option but to use a fake address. When my Xbox live subscription is up I'll erase my credit card and reenter it . At least I'll be able to buy apps for another two months. I have no other option afterall

...for services that dont process payment from JA ...use paypal

Windows phone accept PayPal? I don't think so. Truth is never even used PayPal before but gonna sign up tommorow. And like I said I can't use the correct info if I can't enter by true address. It wants zip code also. So right now I'm stuck and can't purchase games music etc.
