Digicel - conspiracy theory

I noticed sometimes when calls are made the parties cant hear each other. Could it be digicel trying to make back their money from their so called sweet deal expecially from customers on the per minute billing system? I'm unable to confirm whether they charge for these dud calls so far although it's so frequent but i'm practically at the end of my rope with this rubbish now. Tomorrow i'm making the effort to see whether i'm being charged for them.

Somebody here gave me a link to contact somebody at digicel which I did yesterday morning but before I did I had made a few calls with no issues, anyway they contacted me again this morning to ask questions about the issue and they're still checking it out but to me it seems ok now

Anyway, digicel have alot of ways to thief people, their time is a bit faster than yours as well so you might make a call worth say 51 seconds and they bill it as 60 seconds lol. I was told that by someone who worked for them.
