They all seem to be the same thing specs. wise and all get good reviews, so any pick is a good one especially for just house purpose/small office.

Im not familiar with Netgear Routers but the E1200 performs better & gives better coverage than the WRT120N so it is the better choice of the two Linksys Routers. Also bear in mind that Cisco/Linksys is the creme de la creme of wireless routers so i'd go with the E1200

Linksys E1200 is really not that good of a router compared to the E4200. Although you'll end up spending a bit more cash i would rather spend the cash for an excellent router one time rather than 2-3 average products.

    E1200 vs E4200

you may want to check and see if they are compatible with DD-WRT or Tomato... custom firmwares are much better

I wish the budget could be extended....but gonna have to work with the E1200 for now. Thanks though for the recommendation.

Oh zeen....to be honest....I never look into upgrading Firmware and that sort of thing...but gonna check if the E1200 is compatible. If it is not, wont really matter to me. Respect still.

Just check the DD-WRT site and the E1200 isnt listed....but the E4200 that was recommended by lojikal.
