Respect, I prefer vuze over utorrent but shouldn't matter on a phone, get my movies in bulk anyway so it would just be for small stuff, music etc

It seems with an android phone and my tv/bluray/wifi set up I wouldn't even need a laptop

Which is good cause I don't like to be watching a movie and having the laptop distracting me, now I can just pause the movie and check my messages downloads etc

With a bb I couldn't even bother doownload a ringtone, lol

Thinking maybe a note would be better for what I want than a s3, but would love to wait on the note 2

I agree... with what you are outlining the Note II would serve you needs better. You get the best of everything, on a nice beautiful display. Made even better by the fact that it will not be your primary phone, but just a backup phone. Personally I am eyeing the LG Optimus G as of now. The iPhone 5 was starting to appeal to me until I saw the Optimus G... the S3 is a great device, but it still falls short in a few areas where I am concerned....and it's these Areas where the Optimus G shines bright...primarily the WOW! factor. The Optimus G is just sexy like Super Model sexy. While the S3 is sexy but Plus Sized Model Sexy... I love skinny chics DWL!
