Normally a promo is to test the waters, get more ppl onboard into data. See how the massive respond to it. If its a hit, might actually become a permanent fixture. Otherwise if deemed too costly or saturating the network, it will be scrapped.

Don't think it gonna last forever cause digicel must figure out that people gonna tether their internet from their phones to their PC and laptop for just 100 a day. And most phones in Jamaica can do it. Not sure about blackberry cause fi Dem ting always complicated and tedious. So in the long run digicel wouldn't make alot of money from the expensive 4g broadband service. Just a thought still

Yeah lime generally come back with something good. I wish they would extend their 3g coverage tho. Because once I leave Spanish town is edge alone I getting. Even where I live.
