Show how much you rate the BB, you actually kept track of the time. Any phone whether it has android, bb or ios and it constantly takes more than 5 mins to reboot (and even that's pushing it) will be getting flung through the nearest window. That being said, check your gfs apps and processes, there may be a conflict, otherwise do a factory reset or restore if you made a backup.

oh Gosh 26 mins thats a 1st....sound like a flash is in order
Agreed. You could also try a custom firmware as those usually strip out some of the garbage that's included in the original firmware. You could also remove some of the stuff you don't use (like help and first-time setup) to free up additional space and help the phone to operate better.
Knowing the solution doesn't mean knowing the method. Yet answering correctly and regurgitation are considered "learning" and "knowledge".
Or.................you could just get rid of the bb
Only reason I know the time is the bbm message, and I already put on the latest os and took off what wasn't needed
Think it just needed resetting as she has it in a hard case and doesn't pull the battery regularly, usually reboots in a minute or less
That and she was without a memory card in new york and saved a lot of stuff to the phone memory, and I think she hasn't moved them to the memory cards we bought at mega mart, lol, ill have to
And it was a full reset, pulled the battery for a minute...
She still loves the phone, and says she wants an iphone, but can't do without a bb so she got an ipod so we can skype and crap, lol
