Adobe Flash 11.4 issue

Since updating flash to version 11, none of the videos on Youtube plays via Firefox. Does anyone here also have that problem?

I find that the only fix is to downgrade to 10, but I realize that Real Player get messed up when I downgrade to 10.

WHats the fix?
