[QUOTE=psilos;748147]m.google.com from your Blackberry and install the app. Gillion is correct the app still exists after all Google wants to scoop up the remaining Blackberry holdouts for pure dominance

Yup the app seem to be still working...

you might/might not be able to get access to download it (Google Sync app) . but i've personally found it to be a huge resource hog, also, they've stopped future development on the Google Sync app in favour of syncing contacts through the default Blackberry email client...

its far easier to do it that way. just log into your carrier's BB portal (e.g. digicel.blackberry.com) and set up your gmail account (if you havent already) and then enable the contact sync feature.

then lock off the bb, start up the android, sign in and sync.

    pow, you dat

wow that sounds simple, thanks but i already did it, i found an app that converted my contacts into an excel file, then i mailed that excel file to my gmail account, when it reached my gmail inbox i then downloaded the excel file in an 'csv' format. I then went into my gmail contacts section where it allowed me to import contacts from that csv file to the gmail account and i then synced the g-mail account with 'people' on the GNEX, got all my contacts it took me hours of trial and error to finally find a succesful method, they should really have a more straight forward method for this
