You could also buy one of the ip changer apps. The one I purchased was http://www.easy-hide-ip.com/ - works nicely. Also works for those games that tell you stuff not available for your region and such. I think http://www.proxifier.com/ also works but is more costly, though it's a one time price.

http://www.easy-hide-ip.com/ may be the better choice outside of the free option as you can use the trial version of it or pay for one month which is just USD$5.

I figure if im donating to a project that aims at making my "online activity" anonymous I can do w/e.
The practicality of gaming/streaming is another topic, it wont be nearly as smooth esp for gaming, compared to buying from a proxy comp.
