I will get it sorted out still. Some man inboxing I with website to send money so I can get it in my bank account, heh heh, as if mi bawn big or something.

Anyway I have family members overseas but they are all too cautious and stupid. Only one knows how to use a computer and the internet properly, and still cautious, hence why this person is the bigger idiot.

I had a payoneer card, but the company wanted me to earn money from its affiliates before I can send money via paypal, so I sliced and diced up dat. On the other hand, 2 months is too long to wait, as these days, Paypal money is my main income.

Odesk is a great affiliate of theirs.. its an online work environment that actually gives work and pays.. i've been working on there for 1 year and 6months now

Plus when you ask Payoneer to set up a US Payment Service (Virtual Bank Account) for you to send money from your Paypal account to the card.. they will require a screen shot of your paypal account to verify that you have funds available for transfer.. so before requesting the service.. make sure you have money on your paypal account.. at least 10 to $20 and they will send you the bank name, account number and ABA(routing) number to be added on Paypal

So earning from an affiliate first isnt a must once you can show that you have money in your paypal account that you can use to load the card.

payoneer withdrawal fees are high us$3 per transaction

so whats the limit on those soctia dual currency atm's because i want to withdraw at least us$500 per transaction

You dont have to withdraw your cash.. you can use them at any P.O.S system just as you would your debit card.. just have the personnel swipe the card
