So I'll be getting a portion of money in my PayPal account soon, and would like if someone here who is willing enough could take it all and give me cash in hand. I can't wait for a check and for it to be cleared, and I do not have a US bank account, suh basically, mi deh inna a bind.

either wait out the 2 months (5 days to process cheque, 3 weeks to ship here plus 30 day for banks) for a cheque or ask a family member
in the dark net, you have exchangers who do it for 25-35% with a 5-7 day hold to weed out scammers and they will western union it to you
waiting for a cheque isn't bad though. i use to get paypal cheque through the mail with no problem
the problem is the banks holding the funds for 30 days

or you could just get a prepaid master card and load it with the money you will be getting to your paypal account.. the cards can be used in all multi-link atms in jamaica..

just go to Payoneer.com, apply for a prepaid card, wait for it to arrive, activate it, contact them via email or skype and request the US Payment service..

Thats what i did and its been working for me for over a year now.. the best ATM to use is Scotia as they have the dual currency thing going so you can either with draw your money in Jamaican dollars or in US

I think there is an issue with Payoneer at least wen I tried to transfer money to my card it was saying I had to 1st earn money from them, but I have not checked in a long time

No.. they will great a virtual one for you when you request it and show them verification that you have the means/medium to load the card
