Tethering Torch to iPad3

I have a Torch with a 'eat all you can data plan' and I would like to tether this to the new iPad rather than having to spend extra on pay as you go data plan. How can this be done pls?

I don't know if this works with the Torch, but Jailbreak the iPad then get an app from the Cydia store called iBluever. Then you want to installed Pdanet on your Blackberry. iBluever will grant your iPad client side Bluetooth networking, while Pdanet will let your BB transmit out data.
