Default Google+ Satisfaction Score Well Above Facebook’s

The annual American Customer Satisfaction Index is out for social media sites, measuring satisfaction with Google+ for the first time against other social networks. What a debut! Google’s year-old social network had the best satisfaction while the world’s most popular social network, Facebook, came in last.

On the scale, 100 would be perfect satisfaction. Google+ came in at 78, or what I’d call a B- or C+ letter grade, far from perfect. But it was much better than Twitter (64 points, rated for the first time), LinkedIn (63 points, also rated for the first time) or at the bottom of the list, Facebook with 61 points.

    LOL !

    The new battle ground ?

Is facebook going to die like Friendster, Myspace or Hi 5 ?

And I hardly post on G+, mainly because most of my close Jamaican frens are not on there (or I don't have them in my circles).
I mainly re post cool and interesting items I see on my wall or that is trending and IT news of interest.

I'm a complete convert to g+ I love the interface and I love how easy it is to see only what I want to see or am interested in. Personally the only reason I'm still on Facebook is to keep in contact with people who dont want to switch. But I'm slowly converting them all. I created my first g+ event to test out the new features and I'm waiting to see how it will turn out. I personally think the grade they gave G+ is too low.

I have a G+ account but honestly i've hardly ever used it, its like BBM contacts vs iMessage contacts lol they're not existent in my circle of friends, people are just starting to even recognize android as an upcoming OS, don't know what the future hold but hope it continues to grow I love their interface though think its really cool.

Oh just had to add I'm totally dissatisfied with FB as well I'd have given them a failing grade like 40-49

Google plus now boasts 400million users. That's just impressive after one year. Very impressive. I use it and its pretty good.
