Digicel/Blackberry 4g

did anyone get a msg from digicel saying 'as of TODAY, you have access to Digicel's 4G Mobile service'...
been testing their H+ for the pass couple months but lost it wen they launched.
hope that mean '4G' is free for bb users. didnt make any sense to me to be paying for them separate

i think its because digicel has to activate the 4g plan manually on blackberry.... so its a 4g data plan with bis running through it....

so if the 4G is a network upgrade - why does the prices for the BIS plan differ from that of 2G? i think thats really unfair and worse of all - its capped! that never happened to me on neither tmobile, att or LIME. This sucks man!
