Its CONVENIENT to slide a microsd in a laptop or cpu or even tablet out of your phone and get stuff or put stuff on it

Not all of us want our business in the sky, lol

    I know I do nt
My sentiments exactly. I'm no fan of cloud storage with the exception of my email which has nothing personal or important. Local storage mi seh all the way, i'm master of my data.

So what do you guys think of Microsoft's new tablet called Surface. http://www.techradar.com/reviews/pc-...1085839/review

Even tho price and full specs haven't been announced yet i think its the best tablet that will be out once released. Just the thinking that went into it shows Microsoft's superiority. The touch keyboard has always been a sore point on tablets and the surface's cover will double as a keyboard and the kick stand is a welcomed addition.

I'm sure I'm not alone in not seeing that as a tablet, a tablet is one slim object that looks like a frisbee, that just looks like a dumb laptopt

I was playing around with a friends ipad, yeah its crap but it is what it is, portable, light, no keyboard or stand or any mess around it

    Well maybe just me

I'd like a tablet with the screen FULL OUT the front and slim with features like these I'm sure I'd be ok with either, as long as it has usb in

I dont mean to call you out on every post you make. But what happen to you yout?

    A frisbee is round -,-.

    A tablet is square.

The MS table is portable, you dont need to use the keyboard or stand. You use those things when you are at home. Just like the asus transformer.

MS tablet is better than the ipad. Yes it has usb, the ipad doesnt.

No SD support or other means of external local storage is a deal breaker for me. The internal SD in my tablet died last year, and all I did was mod the ROM a little so now it loads everything from the external SD. The 16GB I used broke on me the other day (maybe too many constant read/writes) and all I had to do was put in an available 4GB and flash again. Soon I'm gonna upgrade with a 32GB again. I'd have to have bought a new tablet if I didn't have a SD slot. I love that kind of flexiblilty.
