They said to me that the fans should be sealed to prevent dust. A good strategy, but if you can't open them to service/oil the fan and it wasn't packed with grease/lubricant properly then failures may occur. I'm just happy they didn't tell me crap about being in Jamaica and whatnot.

Got the cooler yesterday - didn't expect it so quick still. Was waiting on a tracking number from them only to hear from the shipping co that there's an item there for me. All is well now still.

MSI uses the best components in their upper-midrange and above cards in my opinion, followed by ASUS. All those other manufacturers may be okay but I would doubt their longevity.

factory liquid cooling seems to come from power colour
asus sometimes have a really nice high end gpu

for cheap ati sapphire seems to always be reliable and offer excellent after market coolers

to be honest just choose the one that fits your build colour scheme

Please also take into consideration the size of your case , the space u have work with inside and the size of the card that is going into it, that side I have an XFX 6870 and that has survived my first Asus mobo which died so im a little wary of Asus Stuff

I have always used MSI boards and never had any problems. Once I tried Asrock and the ports died one by one so been apprehensive of them ever since. I plan to come out of the box this year and try ASUS or Gigabyte but seeing that motherboards.org had been kind enough to give away a board and God graced me to win it, it seems that ASUS won after all. lol.
