Default Life without the hardware menu button...

Anyone here owns/used a HTC One X or Nexus totell me how it's working out for you?

When I saw it go missing on the Galaxy Nexus, I wondered "how is this going to work now?" and yea, I do understand this is partly because they want to blur the line between tabs and phones. But I've gotten my hands on a HTC EVO LTE (One X) for the past 2 weeks and even tho I haven't put much time into using it the menu button still feels missing and I have to be going thru extra steps to changes settings. I've honestly never used a tablet for more than setting it up for a friend so I barely concern myself with how their one hardware button system works.

The Galaxy S 3 has missing a button, Search, but that I can live without. The "task switcher" button on the other hand on the G-Nex and HTC One phones just aren't cutting it so far for me tho, however useful they may be.

Question: can't you make one of the side buttons be the menu button? If its an issie?
