Thanks cultus, I was looking for that type of feed back from person travelling or living at different location across the island. I think digicel really got it right, lime need better courage across the island to really compete.

I drove from Kingston to Mobay today....just got back in. Digicel never dropped 4G signal for one minute. I was pleasantly surprised. Looks like Digicel got this one right finally. Now if they could just offer some decent rates. 1,750 dollars for 1Gig is just too expensive is you ask me.

Well I had constant 4g in alley, clarendon!!! (Its close to lionel town)... But I think when the phone is trying to keep 4g its kills my battery
Well for those who need to know about coverage I have no problems in the Yallahs, Morant Bay, Bull Bay area with the service. There are only a few areas on the trip from St. Thomas to New Kingston that it goes to EDGE.
Coverage was a concern and I am happy Digicel has this RIGHT...
P.S. @ frazbox it's a known fact that extensive data usage will drain your battery faster.

I think you should switch to 2G only or turn off cellular data service when you are not on plan, this might give you better battery life, since the phone maintaining 4G signals, even when you are not in 4G coverage area.
