Gonna Quote this weekly even though my source is telling me they have switched to biweekly.
Salary is done based on your quality score.
Gonna Quote the salary based on an average QS of 80% for Trainee and Tenured.
5k a week before you go on the phones. Lasts about 2 to 3 weeks
Trainee(While on the phones) - 80% QS - between 9-11k a week - Transportation provided to and from major cities
Tenured(Really means Off Probation) - 80% QS - between 11-15k a week - Transportation provided to and from major cities
An agent can max out at 18k per week with an above 95% QS I was told as well....like I said...more to come...

Not really .... The point is to increase awareness really.... Lots of folks think people are being paid well at brand name jobs but the truth is they aren't.
Whats funny is that the non name brand jobs are sometimes a better choice based on the stress level comparison...so I guess company management may not like that but I have some manager salaries too.
Just dont want to blow through my post count so I'm going slow for now....
