you had to pay an extra 1500 on top of your BIS package to get the 4g?

I thought that was the case but it hasn't been subtracted from my balance....

idk... i might have been a tester.... been through a bold2, 2 torches, 2 torch2... all were saying 3g from early april... the torch2's 4g after upgrading to OS7.1

once had to call digicel and demand back my 3g because edge was to damn slow when i was on the road(never notice it because im usually around wifi)

my question is: am i going to have cap edge on my phone when i activate my BIS for a mth, or do i have to activate 4g plan with BIS to yeild the full potential of 4g??
