Able to work on all platforms Win, Lin and Mac. Give me a decent text editor and a local webserver and I good.
I can code on anything except I need a mouse and a keyboard with separate insert and delete keys. I would say Windows, since it has the greatest selection of tools support.

the environment doesn't matter as i use Real Studio as my IDE one of the best cross-platform software
