Question How do I Change the Owner on a Blackberry ??

I'm not really a BB fanatic but since lately have been doing quite alot of BB related stuff, i probably buy one real soon just to get familiar with the ins and out of the device.
I Need some advice as it relates to changing the Owner of a BB Phone
    Here's the story:
At work Jane has a company BB, Jane resigns and leaves the company and the boss wants to give Janet Jane's Phone.
Janet already has a BB, how do i go about changing the owner name and email address on Jane's BB so that it shows that Janet is the Owner of the phone ??

I already know how to backup and restore the contacts i just need to change the Owner and email address on the Phone.

    Thanks Much

This would be done from your carrier's BIS site.
    HTML Code:
PM or link me Smartphone: Samsung Galaxy Note 8 SM-N950F
CompTIA A+ Certified Laptop: Apple MacBook™ Pro
ITIL v3 Certified Tablet: DELL Venue 11 Pro

No, you don't need to re-install the OS. You simply switch SIM cards, then log in to the respective BIS site on the device or online.

    Thanks, I'll try that

Think I'm gonna try log in to the respective BIS site first (1st) and try change the owner before I try switch the SIM.

    Thanks again
