Flow's Caller ID time signal is off by 10 minutes - who to contact?
My house telephone line is Flow - all my phones have called ID, and they all sync automatically to the timestamp sent by Flow w/ the Caller ID info - unfortunately there is no way to disable this in the phones.
So it appears that the timestamp that Flow is sending is about ten minutes behind, which means the time on all my phones is ten minutes behind which is annoying for a variety of reasons.
To confirm this - set the house phone to the correct time, then call the house phone from a cell phone and voila, as soon as the Caller ID is picked up, the time jumps back ten minutes...
Anyone have a link at Flow that they could refer this to - I can imagine the hours trying to explain this to a basic CS rep...
