online TV station hardware concerns
I plan to start an online TV channel with live streaming, like watching TVJ/CVM on your computer
I've done some research, found software, found a company willing to stream the channel
however here's the concern
I want to use one computer to run the channel as well as stream it and also check if the stream is showing properly
now according to the editing/tv broadcast software I would need a PCI express card to output the video.
to stream it, another software would need video input from a TV tuner card so I'm thinking if i could add both PCI cards to the same computer and find a cable to go from the output card to the tv tuner card so the signal would go from the editing software to the streaming software and unto the internet
the concern is that it would make an echo sound effect on my speakers and also on the FINAL output (the viewers of the channel) and would it also slow the computer.
or should I have two computers, one for the actual live editing and the other just to stream it to the internet?
do you understand or should I explain further?
