Problem with a PSP-3001

Me and my brother have been trying everything to rectify this issue which had arrive onto this precious device but we can't seem to go around it.
What had happen is this my brother insert one of our neighbor's memory stick into the PSP where it had a Firmware 6.6 (I don't if it a cfw or a ofw) but it was already flash to play some legit games on there but also what I had found out further was that our neighbor had a PSP-2000.
Right now it can not turn on all it does is that when the power is switch on the light is on for 20 second then goes.

So guys what do you suggest I do and I don't want to hear that we need to buy a new PSP please, I just need feasible solutions.

Try inserting another memory card and see if the PSP Boots up.
