Yeah and it looks like he didn't check the xfire link Flexx provided as it should be "J4mR0cK" with a zero, but whatever don't matter to me.

Also for those who like the idea of podcast and live streaming and going to the next level we can sort that out too.
What gamespot, IGN, totalbuscuit, swifty and other people making money from games through video reviews and game footage is not hard. Why not make the world hear about GW2 and other games from a Jamaicans perspective.
I'll be making and using free time to build the guild brand and share the knowledge I have to make some cash while having fun playing tha game what you guys up to?

Hate to be a nay-sayer, but....more than likely this will not happen, at least not with a guild full of yardies. Not sure how the WoW guild went in terms of success and recognition since i wasnt a part of it, but yardies dont fare well in all the other online games we play. In a guild of lets say 50 people (30 of the members being alternate chars of said yardies), only about 10 are going to be fully active and 5 of that 10 will have the commitment/skill to be top class players.
I been waiting for this game as well, but based on experience with my fellow yardies, I dont expect anything spectacular in terms of rising to fame or being competitive. I do believe however that it WILL be fun as it always is.

If we all are serious about this game and will play it hardcore dont think il join a jamrock guild this time. Same fckry ova and ova even though me wuda par wid wolfe, los omega, and tronyx and rudy if he should play. These are the real pros me a play wid from silkroad days and would always play where they @. But having the whole jamrock vybz where certain players just save gold till eternity (archy /pow) and nah buy gears to be stronger is still a pain to see.

lol zeen... well I didn't play in the JamRock guild because you were all Horde and I was already in a competitive raiding guild... plus I played Alliance. But from TBC days and onward I was in a server first guild. Guild disbanded and I quit the game... playing on and off, just to keep in touch with my friends from my old guild on real id.
Most of them split off into world top 100 guilds like No Chicks Allowed, Infallible, Midwinter and Gentlemens Club and I'm a pretty competitive yute. I don't go crazy and get upset about games like Troxed... but I've always been focused on doing my best and being the best. I used to get super involved in theorycrafting as well... and I contributed to a few sites like Elitist Jerks, RetributionPaladin.com and simulationcraft.
I used to play a Ret Paladin from the days when few people knew about seal twisting. Back then, I used to keep in contact with Megaphone and Slayton from Vis Maior and Barelroll from Fusion. I'm not really a heavy pvp yute still... but the pvp in GW2 makes me want to play it, especially since they are really focused on pushing it on a esport level and into the competitive gaming arena.
And for the competitive pvp, all you need is a 5 man team. So even if the guild is full of casual players... I'm sure we would be able to pull off a few competitive groups. It would be nice to have a hub where Jamaicans feel at home in the game... and with the same breath, I'm sure we can find a few other yardies who are competitive and good at gaming.
p.s. a few of my friends from the top world guilds are planning to play the game with me and they already said they would like to join in and play with us... and they are very very skilled players.

Well Guild Wars is very casual friendly so being at the top of your game won't be hard. Practice is the only "real" barrier.
Always been in competitive guilds that take the PvP titles in servers. Well one guild particularly. Though we've all taken it easy for a while now with just co-op games and such. Don't know if they'll all be in this one. But in the end, multiple guilds so no biggie.
