    Don't they have a dedicated BB help line?
    We never know too much that we can't learn. Unfortunately most Jamaicans are about "hurry come up" and swatting than actually learning....

    I have been a Blackberry user for 3 years now and I just love what the phones can do. But even I can see that RIM will die maybe in the next 4-5 years and I am considering moving to Android. The people at RIM just stopped being creative.
