    Exclamation Digicel Webtext

    Anybody havin problems using webtext- i haven't used it in a while, now i cant enter my entire password due to the character limit (10) how the heck am i gonna get around that to change the password

    You need to enter you 10 character password to change your password? huh?

    There is an option to enter your phone number, if you forget you password.
    The phone number text box holds 12 characters.

    yeah i requested back my password as i thought i made an err and my password sure was right - its 14 characters long - now the max length set by the system is 10 which means i can never login again

    Oh, it's doesn't give you a new password? My password is 5 characters. You probably gonna need to contact customer support about it.

    OK, for the Digicel Robots reading this... Webtext is messed up

    You changed the max length of passwords from 13 to 12 characters, so now allot of people cannot log in.. please fix the issue.. I've called costumer care and they advising me that i should make a new account,.. cant be done, system telling me that my number already is registered (DAHHH)

    Plus i have allot of phone numbers in my address book that i don't really want to loose..

    Fix the Problem Digicel

    After many calls and complaining,.. Digicel cell fixed the problem,.. can log into my account now.
