Windows 7. Wireless.
- Click on your wireless icon in the taskbar.
- Click on OPEN NETWORK AND SHARING CENTER.
- Click on CHANGE ADAPTER SETTINGS.
- Right-click on the wifi adapter and go to PROPERTIES.
- Double-click on the IP4 setting in the list.
- Change the DNS from AUTOMATIC to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.
In any case - tested from my FLOW connection at home and the site is now up and working. As for the web proxies - you most likely did not put in the full address into the box -> http://www.wheelsjamaicahost.com/wheels_forum/index.php <- the FULL ADDRESS and not just the wheelsjamaica or wheelsjamaicahost address.

Yes it works thanks khat yu a di boss?. But will this IP setting affect my regular browsing of various websites in any way?
It should not have any negative effects. If you like you can change it back tomorrow when the site should be back up - if it isn't already. It's working for me and for GPRS above, so it should be working for you.
