"Ipad mini" coming soon?

The ipad does literally the same thing except for various app that requires a larger screen .. And has 3G models whilst the ipod touch doesn't or else it be an internet based phone Making it literally the slimmest phone ever?..
What i mean't in the earlier post is whats the point of making the ipod touch if majority of the users most likey go for the slighty larger model around the same price tag ..

Its about twice the size of the ipod touch. I know a few people with Ipads who use them at home but don't bring them anywhere, cause they're too big and conspicuous. Something smaller than could fit in your pants pocket but bigger than an iphone would appeal to alot of people, especially for half the price.

I'm sure they have a few android phones that are slimmer. I know BB was advertising that the 9900 was the "slimmest blackberry ever" but then again those things are like bricks.
