A lucky eBay shopper gets Ice Cream Sandwich surprise

Was reading this on ENGADGET as well as Android Central , a user buy a Nexus S on Ebay and gets a locked and wiped phone running whats looks like Ice Cream Sandwich. Some websites are suggesting that it may be a prob that was slipped through "Mountain View", while there are some who have dismissed that its actually Ice Cream Sandwich, but all I know, it looks awesome

Why couldn't it have been me, talk about luck

I saw this video else where, they didnt say how he got it, maybe a leak from some at google but google already remotely wiped the phone.
