nah....Telus alone will not be providing an update for the DHD, but there's not word from HTC themselves....it's still in the running until they say its cancelled

I really hope so, as I would really be discouraged from wanting to own another HTC.

Me too. I hate this everlasting wait just to get an official update. So I'm waiting to see what the next generation Nexus will offer. Hopefully quad core.

After the Aria (my first Android) and the Sensation (sold in less than 2 weeks) I know I won't go HTC again.

They mean well but just falls short at times. It will be Samsung and Sony for me, the Nexus series once they start beefing up the camera and taking it there design wise I'll look.

Honestly I am sold on SenseUI and their unibody designs. Plus their signal loss issue at times due to holding phone a particular way...not sure if this is fixed but I'm over them.

oh cool just wanted 2 knw...im over it 2....but i must say their build quality is superb

I'll give them that but the new Sony line up though not the slimmest is quality too beating out Samsung's typical plastic.
