Cuz the only competition they have is more expensive in the short term to implement and we all know when it comes to money, most Jamaican's don't think long term. Go in some houses right now and you'll still see the old bulb from days gone by being used. If they can't even use energy saving bulbs, they're content with JPS robbing them. In other words, they allow it. People need to cause more of a rucus.

Used to say that too until recently when my friends 3000hr or 5000hr life projector bulb died after only 290hrs not to mention the amount of heat that thing generates. Might be ok for you if you only game for a few hrs a day but for me when my pc is on gaming for most of the day that projector is gonna die pretty fast.

looks like a 52" tv...likkle old college student like me nuh have the space for all that yet but nice just the same.

Yeah I was actually thinkging about the heating issues of projectors, but I think they have heavy duty ones specialyl for gaming purposes. What I would do with one of those though is reudce the usage and have a regular monitor for most activites. I would use the projector mostly for movie purposes and like a 2-3 hr a day gaming period so it will last longer.
